Tram Road

The first tenants of 95-99 Tram Road, Doncaster, have moved into their new homes following the building’s official opening by Victoria’s Minister for Housing Wendy Lovell.

This flagship affordable rental housing project includes 21 x 1BR, 57 x 2BR and 20 x 3BR apartments over 10 storeys with 6 apartments modified for tenants with a disability.

Each apartment has an east, west or north facing orientation and private balcony. The three lower floors have a varied architectural treatment comprising a podium and a higher tower above.

The fixtures and fittings in each apartment have also been chosen for their quality and durability and have high environmental and energy efficiency ratings. Features include stainless steel cooking appliances, electric heating and cooling, a secure underground car park, bicycle and motorcycle bays, two lifts, and video intercom security system.

  • Independent Living Skills Management
  • Strong connections and links to the Manningham and Eastern region
  • The completion and approval of an Affordable Housing Association Application in line with the following household income and asset amounts:
